Cotton is one of the most resource-intensive crops on Earth — even the organic version takes water, land, and labour. Sending it to landfill after a few years of use wastes all of that.

Re-Loop is our take-back program. When your Loop Home towels reach the end of their useful life with you, send them back. The cotton fibres will be mechanically recycled into adjacent home products, rather than ending in landfill.

Mechanical recycling, honest about it

Returned cotton undergoes mechanical recycling — a process that pulls the woven structure apart and reduces it back to its raw fibres without chemical solvents or aggressive heat. The fibres re-enter the textile supply chain for adjacent home products.

We're upfront about one thing: we don't recycle returned cotton back into new towels. Recycled cotton fibres are shorter than virgin long-staple, and short fibres don't spin into yarn strong enough for high-quality bath linen. Adjacent products use the fibres at their natural recycled length, which keeps the recycling honest and the output durable.

The discount code is 20% of the original RRP of the items you sent back. We calculate it from the items received and email you the code once your return is checked in.

Yes. Bundles are eligible piece-by-piece, with credit calculated against each item's individual RRP (not the bundle price). So returning two Hand Towels from a 5-piece Bath Towel Bundle provides a discount against two individual Hand Towel RRPs.

All Loop Home bath linen — bath towels, bath sheets, hand towels, face towels, bath mats. Carry bags and packaging aren't part of Re-Loop; they're designed to be reused at home or kerbside-recycled.
