Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse within 2-3 business day following your order and tracking will be provided via email.We will send an email to let you know when your order is on its way and we can be reached at hello@loophome.com.au if you have any additional queries.
Australia
Free regular post for orders over A$200. Orders under this amount will incur a flat A$15 shipping fee - 6-10 business days
New Zealand
Free shipping for orders over NZ$220. Orders under this amount will incur a flat NZ$25 shipping fee - 6-10 business days
International Shipping ex New Zealand
Shipping costs for international orders are as follows and are based off of the weight of the package:
- A$50 for parcels 0-2kg
- A$75 for parcels 2-5kg
- A$100 for parcels 5-7kg
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy following the receipt of your goods. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@loophome.com.au with your proof of purchase to let us know the reason for your return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not offer returns on any promotional discounts or final sale items unless the goods are faulty. We do not offer free return shipping.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We’ve worked hard to reduce Loop Home’s carbon footprint and returns only add to this problem. To limit the environmental impact of the process we kindly ask that you return any items in their original shipping box.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exclusions
Items that have been washed or used will not be accepted for returns. Our products are finished by hand and from time-to-time there will be a loose sewing thread or towel loop on the product. This is not considered a manufacturing defect and will not be considered a valid reason for return – we’re happy to talk you through how to trim these yourself if you have questions.
Exchanges
Loop Home accepts exchanges within 30-days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges on any promotional discounts or final sale items unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.
